Smart for Life Cookie Diet

Losing weight takes commitment and dedication. To get someone to commit and be dedicated to a diet, he or she must be motivated. What better way to be motivated than to have a weight loss average of three to four pounds per week? If this sounds like a diet plan you would be interested in knowing more about, then keep reading. Smart for Life Cookie Diet claims that anyone can lose twelve to fifteen pounds per month by eating cookies. The cookies are made from sixty percent organic ingredients and triple filtered water.

Smart for Life Cookie Diet offers three different plans to help accommodate everyone's needs. Whether you are aware of it or not, not everyone can lose weight the same way. Some of us need more support than others. That is why they offer a center-based medical program, a center-based nutritional lifestyle program or a home based program.

Both of the center based programs require that participants attend a Smart for Life weight loss center in order to be able to take advantage of the diet. In Phase I, the trained personnel at the center will monitor your weight loss progress in order to help you meet your goals. In Phase II, you will continue to work with the staff in order to make sure that you have changed your eating habits and are dedicated to living a more healthy lifestyle. However, with the center-based medical program, you will work one on one with a physician who will monitor you and help you modify your behavior in order to reach your weight loss goals.

If you choose the home based program, you can simply order the cookies from the website and have them shipped to your home. You will the advantage of support via phone and online should you need it for any reason.

Smart for Life Cookie Diet offers three flavors of cookies: oatmeal raisin, blueberry and chocolate. These cookies have no preservatives, GMO's or trans fats. They are actually sixty percent organic. When following this diet, you are to eat six cookie meals per day in place of breakfast, lunch and any snacks in between. Then, eat a sensible dinner. It's as simple as that.

  1. Smart for Life was in the news again recently. Here are two stories, one from a TV news segment in Omaha and the other from Examiner.com:

  2. Well,

It is an extremely smart and logical way to lose weight. The way it works is like this, everybody knows that it takes a low calorie diet to successfully lose weight. However, a low calorie diet is hard to keep up with due to hunger pains which is something nobody should have to go through. When you eat very little calories you can get hungry again very quickly. Most foods that suppress your hunger are fatty and high in calories so they won't help you lose weight at all.
